Both bedrooms in this Deluxe Monumental apartment are designed to offer comfort, privacy and a restful night’s sleep. The ground floor bedroom features air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a Samsung Smart TV and a comfortable double box spring bed (180 x 200 cm). The second bedroom, located on the first floor, is equally well-appointed with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a Samsung Smart TV and a double box spring bed (180 x 200 cm).
Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, finished with elegant travertine tiles and equipped with a rain shower and separate hand shower, warm water, a vessel bowl and a toilet. Louvered windows and doors throughout the apartment allow the refreshing northeastern trade winds to flow freely, creating a pleasant and relaxing sleeping environment.

This tranquil garden area provides a welcome escape from urban sounds and is an ideal place to relax beneath the old Kenepa tree, enjoy a drink and spend a leisurely afternoon in a calm, tropical setting.

Each bedroom in this Deluxe Monumental apartment features its own en-suite bathroom, designed as a calm and elegant space to refresh and unwind. Finished with beautiful travertine tiles, the bathrooms are equipped with a rain shower and a separate hand shower, warm water, a vessel bowl and a toilet.
For added comfort, Rituals toiletries are provided, along with bath towels, bed linen and a kitchen set. Fresh towels are supplied every other day, while housekeeping service and bed linen changes are scheduled every seventh day. An iron with ironing board and a hairdryer are also available for guests’ convenience.

The spacious and well-equipped kitchen of this Deluxe Monumental apartment is designed to make guests feel right at home. It features a microwave oven, a ceramic cooktop with four elements, a dishwasher and a refrigerator, providing everything needed to prepare meals comfortably during your stay.
Guests can enjoy both a Nespresso coffee machine and a regular coffee machine, with coffee and tea provided for the first days of their stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, pots, pans and cooking utensils, and also includes a toaster and an electric kettle for added convenience.
